Delivering elderflower juice to all of the Nordic countries takes a lot of flowers. Luckily, we get help from farmers who harvest the organic elderflower for us. The extraction itself is carried out in the same way as in your kitchen: you pour lemon and hot sugar water over the flower until you get the taste you want. Yummy!
