The organic apples are thoroughly sorted by hand and we only use the best raw materials even though we actually need quite a lot. Annually, we use approximately 200 tonnes of apples – including the delicious elstar apples. Organic apples that are brought to the juice mill with bruises or worm holes are passed on to local farmers who use them as animal feed.
